INGREDIENTS:

1 egg white
1 LEMON JUICE
Angostura Bitters Drops
ICE

PREPARATION:

Put the ice in a cocktail shaker along with the liquor, egg white, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously for a few minutes. Flavor with Angostura bitters.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 ROSE SYRUP
1/2 fresh lime juice
SODA
DIGGING
Angostura Bitters Drops

PREPARATION:

Squeeze the juice from half a fresh lime, leaving the lime at the bottom. Add the ice, the "Licor Cafe de las Horas", and the rose syrup, and stir. Top up with equal parts soda and cava. Flavor with drops of Angostura Bitters.
