Made in Alcoy
Café de Las Horas liqueur is made in the heart of Valencia

Orange blossom of the Levant
The orange blossom of Valencia gives the liqueur a more than authentic flavor.
Original and unique
-
The label
The label design reflects the importance of this cocktail in Valencia and is inspired by Valencian clothing. The flowers are, of course, orange blossom and peony, a favorite flower of Las Horas and a prominent feature in its decoration. The blues used have been lifted from the sea and sky in Sorolla's paintings, and the calligraphy is in the style of medieval illuminated books, specifically the Books of Hours that give Café de Las Horas its name.

The flavors
Café de Las Horas Liqueur is the fruit of nearly 30 years of testing and experience. It is made not only with oranges but also with other citrus fruits, including mandarin. To create a more sophisticated mouthfeel, the flavor of the fresh fruit has been nuanced with essential oils from the peel and notes of dried zest. The final touch is a surprising blend of mountain herbs (primarily basil and mint).

Valencia Water
Café de Las Horas Liqueur is a concentrated liqueur, the base for making Agua de Valencia. Add orange juice and sparkling water (cava, champagne, prosecco, etc.), follow the three steps on the label, and it will turn out perfect. We've tried it all, we've tried it with everything; this is the perfect way to enjoy Agua de Valencia. The result is a fresh, delicious cocktail, ideal for parties and appetizers.

A Mediterranean party
The simple ritual of preparing a drink turns a get-together into a celebration. Agua de Valencia is a way to turn a dinner into a party.

International Presence
Café de Las Horas has represented Valencia in international tourism promotion activities. In addition to hosting numerous press visits as the preferred showcase for Agua de Valencia and for World Paella Day chefs, we have been chosen by Turisme Valencia, Visit Valencia, and Turespaña to represent the city at the IGLTA Convention 2022 (Milan), Gay Games Hong Kong 2023, Lyon Street Food Festival 2023, and for the Blue Air flight inauguration (Bucharest and Iasi).
Last summer (June 2024) we were preparing Agua de Valencia in Marseille at the presentation on Flavors of the Valencian Community organized by the Spanish Tourist Office in Paris.
